All my life

Hi My name is sarah and i am 39 years old i have been overweight obese (If you like ) all my life.
I am active and i eat sensibly and do not over indulge in crisps choclates etc etc.
I have been filmed Unbeknown to me walking through the streets of cambridge by ITV discussing obesity I did loose 7 stone before i had my son and now the weight is creeping back on and i have tried every diet nearly Slimfast,slimmingworld i have even taken xenicol.
So yes id like help or to take part
