hello ladies. I've gave birth in September 2007 to my baby twin girls and whilst pregnant my weight blew up to over 21 stone!! i couldn't believe it! After having the twins i lost a few stone in a couple of weeks but then Xmas came along and i was eating again like i was pregnant. Now i;m 19 stone, very depressed at my weight and want to get fit for my babies. I;ve been doing weight watchers for about 3 years and i must confess i;m probably the worlds best yo yo dieter! i manage to do diets for about a week or two then i lose any will power! the only time i lost any decent amount of weight was when my husband joined WW with me but now he says he doesnt want to go. Is there anyone else out there a serial dieter in similar situation to me? any ideas how i can boost my will power?? help?? please !!
