The last bit of my post seems to have been cut off but I was just going to say that I'm not a nutritionist or gym instructor, just someone who has been overweight in the past, and a real junk food junkie to boot! I ditched the junk foods and the cigarettes that i'd been foolishly smoking for 18 yrs and joined the gym and changed my diet and I am so glad i did. Good luck with your weight loss, you'll do it if you really want to. The only other thing I would add is to beware of so called 'diet foods' which are often loaded with sugar and other hidden extras to compensate for their low fat claims, just read the labels or better still, make the foods you like yourself! No harm in treating yourself each day with something you like, just keep it as a treat for doing well rather than a comforter. ps dark chocolate is good for you [in moderation!] but the 85% stuff has some real goodies in it, just dont eat the whole bar at once! I dont know what your lifestyle is like or you for that matter but there's plenty of help out there, just go for it!
