Can anyone suggest any proven ways for weight loss?????

Hi everyone, I have been really obsessed with my weight problem. I am a 33 year old female and have gained 90lbs which makes the count to 210. I recently took out some of my summer clothes and they dont fit me anymore!!! This is a real tragedy for me. How can I not wear the ones I adore...moreover the new look is getting me mad (with the comments from my friends). I know quite a few ways to start losing weight.but I dont really feel that, with so many people failing using these methods that I will make it through. Does anyone know a proven way to reduce the weight?

Please help me..this is killing me!!!

I recommend yoga together with swimming because they work for me Yoga does not only make you look good, it also makes you feel good deep inside.

Hi,

In the past i have tried many diets and failed. And always looking for the magic fat loss pill. When they dont exsist, if they did the whole nation would be slim.

However Last week I decided to just eat when I was hungry and included fruit in my diet and tried to cut down on carbs. I was pleased to see I had lost Half a stone.

Try eating when your hungry and cut down on the crap foods.

Health diet, exercise and possible slimming pill?

I am sorry to hear about the weight gain.

Are you eating a balanced diet and doing regular exercise? Whatever approach you use this are a must...

I take a daily vitamin supplement just in case I don't manage to eat the right balance of nutrients in the day.

I have managed to shift 3 kilos using a slimming diet pill. There are lots of scams out there but non prescription tablets that have been clinically proven can be effective...

Guaranteed weightloss

Hi I have just read your message.
I work with clients on a one to one basis and group basis, I have come on here for a short while as my feamle client has said it is a good site really linking with my career.
I devised a HIT Training Programme (High Intensity Training) that can be low or modreate in its Intensity; it burns 9 times more calories than conventional methods and as I have a background in Lecturing in Nutrition,Psychology, Sport Science the client gets valuable nutrition information. Healthy eating is around 60% of the equation on weightloss and the rest physical training.
I ensure the client is losing fat not muscle/lean tissue as this is vital to your process.
I have to go off shortly but hope this helps.
My number is 0794 117 9159 if you want further advice.
Cheers Nick

Can anyone suggest any proven ways for weight loss?????

Dont be sad. Its just a common problem and the solution is a simple one. You should not take this as a disease, but rather a challenge that you can and will over come. There are many ways to got about it.but its just as you said..the failures are counted more than the success. My friend was in the same situation and she was really frustrated after putting on the weight again. She finally came across a weigh t loss system that not only gave her a reason to smile but did the magic work that she wanted
to get done. I would advise you to give it a try.as it can be a turning point to your life.

All the Best!!!!

Diet and exercise, yes but it works!

A healthy diet and regular exercise is the ONLY WAY to combat weight problems. YOu should be aiming for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, which should raise your heartrate and make you sweat and slightly breathless. Eat a wide variety of foods that encompass the major food groups. DON'T AVOID CARBS, you need them for energy, just choose the healthier options ie brown bread or wholewheat pasta etc Avoid processed foods esp biscuits, cakes, crisps and ready meals as they are loaded with fat, sugar and salt, there are loads of articles on the internet about this or ask your GP. Beware of

Hey where's the rest of my post??

The last bit of my post seems to have been cut off but I was just going to say that I'm not a nutritionist or gym instructor, just someone who has been overweight in the past, and a real junk food junkie to boot! I ditched the junk foods and the cigarettes that i'd been foolishly smoking for 18 yrs and joined the gym and changed my diet and I am so glad i did. Good luck with your weight loss, you'll do it if you really want to. The only other thing I would add is to beware of so called 'diet foods' which are often loaded with sugar and other hidden extras to compensate for their low fat claims, just read the labels or better still, make the foods you like yourself! No harm in treating yourself each day with something you like, just keep it as a treat for doing well rather than a comforter.
ps dark chocolate is good for you [in moderation!] but the 85% stuff has some real goodies in it, just dont eat the whole bar at once! I dont know what your lifestyle is like or you for that matter but there's plenty of help out there, just go for it!
