Really gutted abput acomplia

went to my doctors today and asked for acomplia as i am on reductil which isn't helping me loose any weight i'm just staying the same month after month which is ok but i am so desperate to loose the weight. my gp said acomplia is not available yet as nice have not yet released it for them to prescribe it plus there have been alot of problems with this slimming tablet!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggg ghhhhh what the hell am i gonna do? i am so fed up with the size i am and the way i am with food, its bloody hard.
any suggestions would be great? thanks

well i might sound trivial or something, but the best tablet/pill or food supplement (i don't really make the difference) over the internet is proactol. :? erm and i think it's a food supplement, not an actual pill.
