A friend of mine has recommeded I use the ChiBall Method for weightloss without dieting - Has anyone had any results from this method - if so, can you let me know if you felt it was worth it?

Chiball for weightloss

I discovered this fantastic exercise program a couple of years ago. It is more of a gentle set of movements that bring the mind and body into alignmernt than the traditional boring pump and thump that most exercise programs tend to be and that I soon lose interest in. I lost about 3 stone (I was 12 stone and 5ft 5ins) in about 3 months. I ate sensibly and didnt follow any specific diet - just kept away from Maccas,. Pizza and KFC - The movements are not strenuous, but just seem to burn off the calories. Since loosing the weight I have kept it off by follwoinbg the exercises for 20 mins 3 times per week and am now 81/2 stone and am in a really good place both mentally and physically. I can now enjoy the odd pizza, fried food or whatever and know that I'll burn off the calories with my wonderful Chiball. As you can imagine, I'm delighted with this progrsm and would recomend you start with the Dance of the Dragon DVD that is specifically for weightloss - good luck!
