I ahve tried everything and it won't help

I'm 16 yrs. old and I am overweight for my age and it don't look like I weigh that much, but I do. I weigh 182 and I'm 5'8 and I am suppose to weigh 140 or 130. I don't know what to do. I ahve tried eating salads and exceriseing and it won't help. What can I do to lose weight?

Based on experience, the best you can do is watch what you need. Do not eat more than what your body needs You can also try yoga and swimming. They're the only exercises I've tried and they work for me. I guess they're also good for you since you're still very young. I don't believe diets are good for the young especially unsupervised diet.
