i was hoping some one would be able to help me i need some buddys as i have put on 2 stone after loosing 5 and am very unhappy
i would be glad of any help that is out there thanks.

hey i think most of us have been there, i will lend you an ear. i always find it helps me to feel better to talk to people in forums as i feel i can say what is really bothering me and not get embarressed. well i'll watch this space.
