Post-pregnancy weight... (long story)

hello everyone!

I do apologize for the long story but i did my best to give the ultra short version

I've always struggled with my weight because lets face it, im a greedy sod lol but at one point i got UP to a size 20 and paniced so i watched what i ate and didnt go for crap, and i finally got to a size 16 (comfortable but still chubby for me).

Well i fell pregnant in november of last year but due to complications i miscarried in march. After emotionally "healing", i started to try to treat myself to new clothing only to be horrified that i blew up to a size 22!!!! And now my skin is soft, flexible, and im not sure where to start!!!

I have a wedding to attend to in 2 months and i have a FABULOUS last-minute holiday booked in 4 months.

Im not aiming to get down to any size specificly and im not going to set myself a unachieveable goal HOWEVER, if anyone could give me some tips or workout ideas to help me on my way to weight loss, it'd be most appreicated.

I dont go to the gym (cant afford it) so i only have my livingroom. And any food ideas are more than welcome as my hubby and i could both do with some trimming down, as long as the recipe isnt too expensive to make!!

The first time I learned Yoga, I learned that drinking a glass of water with a pinch of lemon in the morning helps curb my appetite during the day. It's also kind of a detox. And then eating red bell pepper with you food can also help curb your appetite during the day
