Just had gastric sleeve on 30th june!

HI all I just want to be able to give positive encouragement to anyone who is thinking of going for weight loss surgery. I went to BRNO (Cz) with cosmetic bliss and have received excellent care from everyone involved. I only had the surgery on Tuesday at 3pm and was up and about the same evening. I could not believe how well I was. If anyone wants to ask me any questions feel free, or look on Cosmetic Bliss website.

can i ask some silly questions.....

how was the plane journey home - could you lift your case into the overhead locker allright ?

any hints or tips for pre-op or after-op. i know the basic stuff, but anything usefull or silly that will help me ?

what did you take in your suitcase - did you pack slippers? nightie or pajamas ?
do you need a dressing gown ? im very concious of keeping the weight down in my little case, but dont want to forget something silly.

so, your about 2 weeks in - how is the diet and weight loss ?
