Flabby fat tummy from hell.... someone please help me

Hi Guys,

I had a triple midline hernia op just under 2 years ago..... resulting in about a 6-7" scar down through my navel - all very ugly! I feel extremely self conscious about it - the navel area is totally distorted, but worse still.... due to my lack of exercise since -Even if i breath in - this area just doesn't budge.... OMG I was frightened to try anything incase the op area got messed up....I've got a big, fat wobbly jelly tummy.... It is just GROSS - yep probably all my own fault

Went to see my GP this morning - he was sympathetic and has referred me back to my Consultant due to the fact I still feel pain where the mesh sits between my gut all and all the fat!

I'm going on holiday in 7 weeks time (25th Wedding Anniversary) to Aruba..... a place I've wanted to go to for ever...... what exercises can I try to do (I don't like exercise to try to tone up slightly before then - or is it all just TOO LATE I'm in need of HELP........I couldn't wear a bikini - but would like to reduce the waite area a bit to look maybe just ok in a Tankini..... I accept the rest of my bod - just hate my gross, flabby tum

Never too late!

Well there is no quick fix, but I can give you some good advice...

Try Bikrahm Yoga, It's done in a warm room so you sweat and lose inches also keeps your muscles and joints flexable also improves sagging skin and any ailments you may have. You must stick to it though and should see and feel improvements in six weeks.

Green Tea...a good strong one preferbly chinese, it works wonders! start with 3 cups a day for six weeks then only 2 cups morning and evening.

Eat LITTLE and often, do not stick to 3 meals a day, this creates cravings, Do NOt eat Carbs too late in the day, your body will not burn them off so gets stored as fat.

Hope this helps and i wish you all the best,
Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
