catch 22
im male and have had underlined heart probs, iv got to have a transplant in time as they have discovered at papworth it is needed,dr euseph and dr p ,o callaghan did a procedure on me 4 yrs ago ,they placed a pacemaker in to help keep me in rhythem,to date it has done a sterling job but of late i feel that the time for the new swinging brick to be put in, i am obese and find it hard to get my weight down,i also have diabetice.im far from a lazy person i occationaly walk for miles at a slow pace i hasten to add.iv tryed a diet but with all the sugar contents to look out for and collestrol levels to watch out for its become a nightmare.i love food. and if i was to stick to a diet i have been given in the past,well, anyone eaten cardboard and plastic washed down with water,thats what its like i eat lots of fish,ect,,i avoided over yrs high sugars ect ,but my weight still stays high ...im unable to take tablets to suppress my hunger. im on approx 26 tablets a day as it is,and no im not a hypocondriac ha ha .so does anyone out there have a solution like medical help.i need this help as if i dont loose weight im in risk of not haveing the treatment that may be needing please help someone thank you. and the heath hospital and all of its staff are 2nd to none .
