Hi shaista
Im taking the only step there is for me and thats the cambridge diet. I have tried every other diet there is these include weight watchers, Atkins, cabbage soup diet etc. I feel like the Toad in the wind in the willows ha ha. I was going to try the lighter life one but I couldnt find one near me and I found out it is 60 pounds a week, where the cd is only 30. I went to my first meeting on Thursday. I thought I weighed about 19 stones as I weighed myself in my dads. His weights only go up to 18 so I think this was the last straw for me, to be that heavy. I was gobsmacked as ive been 15 stones for a good many years now. I just broke down and said enoughs enough. Anyways went to my meeting and was weighed in at 17stones 11 Im only 5feet 5ins. I start on monday so I will let you know how I get on.
