Starting maple syrup diet/lemon detox today!...anyone wana be my diet buddy?

I'm 25years old, had a baby recently and need to shed the pounds (actually stones!) fast! Anyone wana do it with me, we could motivate each other on a daily basis and record progress etc....... Gona need motivation...HELP!

I did this diet once to fit into a friends dress, im not overweight but she was much smaller than me and i wanted to wear it so badly....i lasted 2 days before i literally thought i was going to die....then i ate a really big sandwhich and could feel all teh weight i lost pile back on. You would be so much better sticking to a healthy regime, as you would keep the weight off and have energy to look after your little one. I had no one to look after and i couldnt physically stand up!

I lost about 3 stone a couple of years back by eating the same meals everyday, that way i got in a routine and however boring it was it became a way of life. Honestly works and i never put the weight back on!
