Need a buddy

At the moment i weigh : 7 Stone and 7 pounds.

I need a counter buddy to lose a bit more weight i wanna see if i can just reach 7 stone all together and tone my stomach up
I want to do a day by day diet plan

I also want to eat a bit more healthy, tone my stomach up so im a lil slimmer as i still have sum fat on me.
