Slimming pills

Hi everyone, I'm new here..

Just got really intrigued by that new Adios slimming pills advert on the telly where that girl's dancing round in her pants cos she's oh-so-skinny.

Do these things actually work?! I've got a stubborn stone to shift and it seems so much easier..

I read about people that have spent serious amounts of money on slimming aids and got nowhere - it got me thinking - does anyone know of someone whose spend thousands of pounds on pills??

I don't. My best advice for you is to get in shape by exercising regularly and controlling the bad stuff that you eat.
