Diet buddy needed!! need to lose about 3 stone!

Hi everyone,

Im an ex-competitve swimmer and since I quit I've put on sooo much weight! I'm now 5'' 9 and 13.5 stone
Been trying to shift some weight... looking at trying the lemonade diet... has it worked for anyone?

So please reply and hopefully it will motivate us both!

hi am jule
im 5'2 and 13.5 stone just joined slimming world lost 3.5lbs my first week
and ive starting to drink pu erh tea as well ..i can feel my insides working .
you 7' taller then me so imagine how i feel, i used to jog alot and go the gym but new job and family life i just havnt got the time so i piled it on.
im trying to get to 10 stone ..so if you want support let me know
