Did you start the CD and did you get any buddys?
I dont get this site as messages seem to be from last year so never know if Im wasting my time replying lol, I hope Im not. I have one buddy on here and a really good counsellor. Its good talking to people though, it helps me get through it as it is really hard
This is my 5th week of the CD Im on sole source, I started at 14.2 stone and Im now 12.9. I didnt lose anything last week which was hard but still going
Im 5"10 so Im hoping to get to about 10.5 stone, possibly 11 but Ill know when I get to 11 if I need to carry on. Its been so long since I was 11 stone I cant remember what I look or feel like at that weight.
I went upto 16.5 stone when I was about 19 to 21, Ive had weight issues since I was about 17 and from there I couldnt stop eating, I sorted my life out emotionally and didnt have that big of issue with food and went back down to 14 stone ish and from there over the last 5 years Im anywhere between 13 and 14 stone. Lately I didnt eat loads but when I did it was just junk. Im hoping to come off this and stick to the haelthy part and have a few junk days a month. I think after this is been so hard I will do well with the healthy eating as never going back to those high weights again or doing sole source again.
Im starting exercise this week as I have been too weak but feeling good now for 2 weeks, hopefully it will help me lose more and tone up
Everyone keeps slating the diet saying its bad for me and when I stop Ill put on so much weight, but Ive come so far to stop now and if I eat healthy and exercise it wont happen
Anyway sorry for going on, How are you? What is your height and goal weight?
