New and need cambridge diet buddy

Hi All

I am on Day One of Cambridge diet today, I have about 4 and half stone to lose. I haven't done the Cambridge before but I feel like this is my last hope!!

Anybody want to do it with me as family think I am mad!!!

How is the diet going for you? I am starting on Monday and feeling anxious but excited. I would love to hear your experiences and then when i start the diet share mine?
