Babys here ... time to diet
Hi, im looking for a diet bud, I had my baby by c section 11 days ago, and am I want to get fit again for summer, I guess i am about 2 stone heavier now, and I think I have time if I start asap. I cant do any excercise at the mo, coz of belly scar, but I know what to eat and what not to eat. I like low carb high protein, so lots of chicken fish fresh fruit and veg, no carbs in the evening, just filling up on veg at tea time with abit of chicken, or salmon for example. I have done this before and it worked, ANYONE WANNA JOIN ME.. ?
