Diet buddy needed

Hi everyone, im in need of a diet buddy

Im 20 years old from the UK and i'm 5'4" and 10st 91/2lbs
ive been trying to lose weight since september when i weight 11st
i have the problem of i lose between 3-5lbs, then 'treat' myself with chocolate and end up having a huge binge and putting the weight back on.

I'm currently doing the 'your body your life' plan by american trainer Kim Lyons (Biggest Loser season 4) and im just looking for a diet buddy to help keep me motivated and to share ideas and experiences with.

Hi all,

I'm 23, 5ft 8 and 11st. Last yr I lost 4 1/2 stone going down to 9st10 but have put some weight back on when i started a new relationship...too many meals out and bottles of wine have gone straight on my hips. I know I have the willpower in there somewhere but to lose the weight with someone will really keep me going!

I want to lose 10-14lbs before I have to get my legs and stomach out in the summer. Would really like to join you.

Im also 10 stone 10 1/2 pounds and 5'4, thought as were around the same size would be good. Im doing slimmers world and its working for me. Let me know if your interested

I'm also looking for a diet buddy

I'm 26, and also have the same problem of losing a few pounds and then gaining it right back. I'm 5'1 and 8st, but its mostly fat. I would like to shape up and lose about 10pounds. I would also like someone to work with to drop the weight.
