Really need a diet buddy

hi im 26 and a mum of 2 and need to lose alot of weight. i have tried loads of different diets in the past and have had mixed results, the problam is i always lose the will after a while. I feel that if i had someone to share the experience with it would help me to stick with it, im not interested in any more fad diets where you have to eat the same things day in day out or drink shakes, i want to change my eating habits so that i dont feel like im forever on i diet a want to get healthy and stay that way. so if theres anyone out there who feels the same or thinks they can help me please get in touch.

I think you should try natural treatments which shown a very effective role in loosing weight. It is a very good idea to visit any natural sites like one i found is www.mamaherb.com When I go through this site, I find details about each disease along with its cure and the ingredients used are mostly present at our home.

I know how you feel!

I'm 37 and married with 2 kids and I've only piled it on since I've had the kids.

The thing is I suppose we know what to do but its sticking to it. I think the diet groups like Slimming WOrld are good, but you need a friend to go with so you can support each other. On the downside it can be bit pricey paying £5 a week and having to buy expensive quorn burgers etc (even tho they are quite good). Weightwatchers is OK, but they try to sell you all their unhealthy addittive laden crap to boot. and again its expensive..
Gotta go I need to wee! I've just drank a pint of water in attempt to be healthy and fill up. Today is day 1 of my diet!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

Just read your message. I am mum of 3. I am 3 stone overweight and have been for 5 years!! I dont want to go through stupid diets either and i, like you, am fed up with losing motivation ! I really really want to be more comfortable this summer !! I would love to be your diet buddy. No guessing what my new years resolution is going to be LOL !!!

Take care and good luck (even if you dont contact me xx)

Shona.
