I would like to find a diet buddy with whom I can exchange foodlogs DAILY so as not to waste our time and patience in the process and also our weightloss progress.

Hey;
I would love to join you on your journey!! Last yr I lost 4 stone by exercise, healthy eating and a little bit of the old "break up" diet. Now I'm in a happy relationship I've piled a stone back on which needs to go. I really need to some motivation as I'm struggling to even get started!
