i'm new on here, I really wanna lose a stone for the summer and for my birthday (24th June) so not got too long!! Eek

I'm 22, 5ft 7 and 9st 13 at the moment, I would like to be at 9st for my birthday

Any progress on your weight loss? How's the bday celebration?

My only advice for you is to regularly exercise and eat healthy food, never overeat.

I want to lose weight for summer too! I starteda new regime 3 months ago and i have only lost about 6lbs, but gained some muscle weight too. My goal too is 9 stone, ideally will reach 8 stone one day! (I'm 9st 13 at the moment) I'd like to join you and hopefully we'll motivated one onther!
