Need a diet buddy?? me too!! im 20 and gotta lose 30 pounds asap!!!

Hi everyone... I just joined this site. I just gained LOADS of weight over last few months and its killing me I hate it so much and really really gotta get thin again. Im a size 14 and really wanna get back to a size 10 like i was a year ago, its really getting me down, actually 2 years ago i was a size so being this big is awful! I know I can do it and would b great to help someone along the way and encourage eachother to our goals. I wanna lose 30 pounds and my day 1 is gna be tommorow..... i gotta do this once and for alll!!! planning to go to the gym tommorow even though i look so awful and dont even think my gym clothes fit me!!! anyway let me know if ud like to be my ''diet buddy' and let me know your goals etc.

Good for you!

If you want to shift weight quickly why not try the Cambridge diet? You will lose the weight faster than any other diet I know and it's healthy, designed by 2 doctors.

From research I have done people seem to lose at least a stone in the first month, sometimes more! I know of 3 people who have lost about 3 stones in 3 months. As you don't have too much to lose, like me, I think it would be ideal for you.

It's a meal replacement diet and your diet is supplied by your own personal counsellor who monitors your progress and gives you lots of support.

I need a buddy!

Hi, I would love to be your diet buddy. I am 27 and currently am a size 14/16 (depending on the shop!) I have around 4 stone to lose. Have managed about 1/2 a stone so far but its going up and down. My dietician put me on the drug Xenical which was great and i lost a stone but I was taken in to hospital and have been unwell for a bit - not due to the tablets - so decided to stay off them a while. I am going back on them next week. They are great cos they get rid of 1/3 of all of the fat you eat. This is my umpteenth attempt to lose weight but like you, this time it is going to be woth it. I have found a really useful website called FitDay where you enter a food and activity diary and that has perked me up no end cos it has graphs on how you are doing and things. V useful, you should have a look. Anyway, let me know if you want to buddy up, if you don't I wont be offended. Take care and Good Luck. xx
