I've always had great success losing weight when I have a diet buddy. I havent had one for over a couple years and managed to add 40LB.

I'm 24 and need to lose about 40LB.

I'd like someone who is as committed as me... sooo lets lose some weight!

I'm up for any diet. low carb, low cal, what ever! however I will try to keep up the protein as much as I can.
