started my diet 3 weeks ago and have lost 14lbs up to yet , i have 8 kids and lots of pets , still need to lose 70lbs , so if anyone fancy's a buddy to help along the way just shout

Hello all i am new to all of this. My weight gain is from me having a baby two years ago i ait for two the whole 9 months and now i can't seem to shift the weight gain. When i feel low i eat i have now been stopped smoking for 4 weeks now and i feel so fed up
