Diet pills

I've tried the Cambridge diet and found it a nightmare, I kept waking up gnawing at my arms as I was so hungry! Good luck to you who have the will power to follow it as it does work.

Has anyone (who like me has no will power whatsoever)tried any harmless slimming pills such as trimspa etc. and found these any good?

At the mo I'm going to the gym twice a week and also following slimming world which is really good as you don't feel hungry but is a little slow, or maybe I'm impatient?! It's always the last stone that's the worst and was wondering whether some tablets would be any good. Would love to hear from anyone's experiences

Re "diet pills"

I haven't tried any diet pills becoz I'm afraid they might be hazardous to my health. I stick with yoga and swimming, they're very effective, that is, if you have the discipline to not overindulge yourself with too much food

Best pill i found

I go to the gym each day, Just started Muscletech hydroxycut hardcore. It really works, its worth looking up on the internet, have a read make up your own mind.

Be careful

hi I have tried slimming pills and they did work but I was always worried they might damage me in some way.I was also prescribed them once and they gave me angina(that was reductil) although I know they work on lots of people.

My advice would be to make sure that you have a medical person check you and be careful buying over the internet.

Its so hard isnt it .It would be lovely if something could stop the hunger cravings. As you may have gathered I have put back on any weight I lost when I took my first bach of dodgy slimming pills,so I am currently doing Cambridge which I agree is a nightmare but Im less hungry now (day 7).If youve only a sone to go try the Cambridge again but get through the first few days.
Good luck whatever you do.
