Hi,

I can help with some advice and good offers of Reductil. It worked great for me and the pharmacies where I live sell it at really affordable prices

Hi there from australia

hi vicky

I have dieted all my life, born in the uk, and 3 years ago came across cohens diet on which i lost 50 kg. i had tried stomach lap band just before that and it nearly killed me.
I now work as telemarketer and unfortunately i have regained all the 50kg. But, i know this programme works and is very healthy and cheap. It is made up of normal foods and after the first 4 days, your hormones are balanced, you dont feel hungry and the weight falls off. I am ready to restart this programme and looking for someone who is as desparate as me, serious to lose the weight for health reasons and has alot of weight to lose.
I am genuine and look forward to hearing from you. thank you Wallis

go back to your doctor, tell them to give you reducital tablets, there recently just came out, and im on them now, ive lost 2 stone since being on them and ive only been on them for 1 month and half, they take away the hunger and make you feel satisfied when only eating a small portion of food, they really do work

hope this helps xxx

Diet help

i have 2 diet ideas for you the 1st diet i went on for a couple of years and lost quite alot of weight was brown toast with marmite or chopped tomatoes for breakfast, a thick milkshake for luch and a jacket potato with beans and salad for dinner this was quite a cheap diet as you jut get a bag of potatoes and a few cans of beans a week and some milkshakes, must say this got very boring after awhile but i had a fat day on sunday and ate what i wanted did get so slim i thought it was time to stop though.
my 2nd one that im on now to lose my baby weight is the complan diet over here it costs £2.99 for 4 sachets i get the chicken soup and strawberry and have either toast or a smoothie or a complan for breakfast chicken complan for luch and a healthy dinner like whole meal pasta or brown rice with mince or whatever also tyr to eat 5 fruit and veg but i no how expensive this is as ive only just started to buy them.
ive lost half a stone in just under a month also im exercising more.
dont no if any of this will help you as i just make my diets up and they seem to work for me.
i eat the smae meals as i used to but juts replace it with wholemeal stuff and eat more veg less potatoes no fried stuff.

hiya vicky. i am on a budget too but find the best diet foods are fresh vegetables and fruit and also jacket potatoes with beans and a touch of cheese (cottage or regular cheese) or low fat coleslaw, which are also fairly cheap and easy to prepare. This may sound obvious but people often mistakenly think they can't afford to diet but actually fresh food is cheaper than processed food - look how long a cucumber or a lettuce lasts, you don't eat the whole thing in one day do you! - yet it costs about 45p. low fat yoghurts are good too, just buy the own brand and mix with a chopped banana or put it in the freezer for an hour to make a frozen dessert. Season your food with pepper (not salt), virgin olive oil, garlic, chives, vinegar, lemon juice etc to make it taste more interesting. just experiment! Regular cornflakes or wheetabix are fine for breakfast, porridge is even better as it fills you all morning. Regular potatoes are okay but sweet potatoes are better for a diet. Eat lots of lean fish and chicken. Tinned tuna is quite cheap but make sure it's in vinegar or spring water not oil.Meat substitutes such as quorn are really cheap and low fat but taste like the real thing. Try tinned fruit in it's own juice for ease and variation. Eating these foods u'll lose between 2 and 3 pounds a week, maybe more if you do some cardio excercises each day such as running, cycling or skipping. Good luck and i hope this helps. P.s. i'm looking for a diet buddy. my e.mail is: blue balloo @ hotmail. co. uk (obviously without the spaces)Anyone else looking for a buddy is free to contact me on this address. Cya (-:

Dieting...

firstly, stop using the word DIET!!!!think healthy eating instead. i buy fruit and veg from aldi, and my local market, and i try to stick to whats in season. supermarkets economy meat portions r good value(try tesco or asda) iv had some lovley chicken breasts from tesco for less than 2 quid!!!add ready prepped stirfry veg from asda and serve with rice!!quick cheap simple and sooooooo tasty/filling! have 3 meals plus 2 or 3 snacks per day and allow yourself treats too. i buy cheap wine from sainsburys (basics range) or tesco(2.10 a bottle) 1 or 2 glasses a few times a week makes any healthy eating regime more bearable. try dividing ur plate in2 quarters. fill 2 quarters with veg(as many colors as possible) 1 quarter with protein (meat fish etc) and 1 quarter with carbs (pasta rice potatoes etc)
get urself some cookbooks aimed at students. the recipes tend to b cheap and healthy.also try the 80/20 rule!five days of the week eat healthier choices, then aat the weekend eat what u wish. above all, take it slowly and make sure u hav a treat or 2 as well.
good luck with your weightloss. let me no how u get on!!!

U dnt need nice food

u dont need nice food to lose wieght if u jst eat 3 meals a day for example cereal then a butty 4 dinner and whateva u feel lyk 4 ya t without afters and start walkin and maybe jogging! that will work 4 u i promise i have done it n i lost lots of wieght xxxxxxx

U do need nice food

you can eat healthy food on a budget, use cheaper budget brands from the supermarket in the fruit and veg section and offers, just watch the sugar and fat content, keep to fruit and veg, with lots of wholewheat pasta, rice or jacket potatoes, it can be done just add herbs and spices. much cheaper than processed food, more tast and doesn't have to take too much time dpending on recipe.

I know where your coming from!

I understand that you cant afford to eat healthy, because it is expensive i know. You never see a buy one get one free on an apple but you do on a packet of biscuites! with weight watchers you donthave to eat healthy to loose weight because it goes on points! x2 slices of toast is 4 points,Packet of crisps 2 points. And a chicken sandwitch from maccy d's is 6 points. Go to the weight watchers meetings and get the book from them it will tell you that you can still eat cheap food just stick to the point limit. By the way fish and chips is 17 points so if you have them dont eat anything else for the rest of the day.

You can do it

heya i think i can help you to get a very sleeks and sexy body so you can sure impress those men with your fine figure her it is

every morning drink a glass of warm water in squeezed lemon and 2 hours later run around your living 10 times then walk 10 times repeat for 20mins
repeat in the evening and have a glass of water and freshly squeezed lemon juice before you go to bed

try for 3 months you will sure lose 2-3 stones

Eating healthy is not for the poor

Hi, im michelle im 26 and i have just lost 3 stone i now weight 10stone. I had the same problem as you i could not afford to diet. Its too expensive, u never see a buy one get one free on an apple but you do on a pack of biscuites. I could only afford to eat junk, and things that are bad for yoy like bread and pasta, cheap frozen pizza, crisps etc.... So i had to change the amount i eat. es i was starving serviving of 2 slices of toast and a portion of chips a day. But it worked. I also drank loads of water!!! i exercised a bit but all that does is tone you up. I must say its not healthy what i did and still do. But at least im slim, i have built up more confidence and applied for better jobs, so hopefully i will have more money and start eating healthy food that i could never afford.

Good Luck

I found this system useful

You only have to diet 3 days a week and the idea is you build towards a healthier eating habit.

I have tried about every diet going but decided a few years go to stick to healthy food, no more milk shakes and protein drinks for me. This system may seem a little complex to start with but i soon got the hang of it.

Some of the ideas are a little extreme but you can ignore the ones you don't like.

I don't think cost is an issue with this.

The system is free to download at www.the-planet-earth.org/johnpiper/YourIdealWeight-.pdf

What about dukan?

hello

Have you tried Dukan?

read on www.dukandiet.bravehost.com

I can assure you that it works, and it is not that expensive...

let me know whether you want to start!!

ask us any question you want!

And good luck even if you don't choose Dukan!

It's easy. wen u believe in ur goals....

Hi, my name is Danielle. I am 22 and a mum to a 5year old little boy. i know how u feel wen it cums to the dreaded diet. 1st thing to do is not look at it as a diet but as a change of life stlye. u can eat sensible meals foe the same cost of the junk food we all love to induldge in. my shopping bill in fact is lower than wen i was'nt eating healthy. 4 a set off try not shopping in the big stores, go to markets for fish an meat and the grocery for ur fruit and veg.
For breakfast i eat weight watchers bread x2 wiv honey.
glass ofboiled water an a bannana
lunch. cup o soup add ur own veg if u ave time, x1 slice off weight watchers bread and glass of juice, piece of fruit.
dinner, wot u wud normally ave only 1/2 the portion only snack on fruit, u can loose 3-4 pounda a week and it is really cheap..... goodluck

Hi

I am currently on the slimming world diet, i know it costs money to go, but if u go on there website it gives u a sample menu for a week, i have only been on it for 5 weeks and already have lost 13lb

I and 20 years old and also struggling with the whole diet thing.

you can do it.

Advice

There has been a lot of good advice on here. Iv lost a lot of weight twice now (and still trying!!) so i suppose im a bit of a pro.

My main advice has got to be dont skip meals and dont deprive yourself of anything as long as it is in moderation. You can diet on a budget, it just means you have to shop around for products (which may also mean doing a lot more walking which is obviously exercise)ie go to the market for your fruit and veg, fish and chicken are usually on offer in one shop or another.

Most of the time you may think you are hungry but you are actually thirsty so try a glass of water or herbal tea if you can find some at a reasonable price.

If you fancy chocolate go for it but go for a kiddy size bar and dont under any circumatnces keep biscuits, cakes, chocolates etc in the house they are only a temptation. And i know this is an obvious one but leave the car at home and walk. Best thing about that is ITS FREE!!!!

Hi

JUST WANT TO SAY HI , IM STEVE AND I HAVE JUST STARTED A DIET PLAN . AND IM LOCAL TO YOU , I LIVE VERY CLOSE TO HULL . I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW YOU GET ON.........GOOD LUCK
