Diet and exercise buddy
HI, am new on here, have started a diet because i really would love to lose around 8 stone to be my ideal weight
However i do lack the motivation to get off my arse and exercise which as we all know makes all the difference,
so if there is anyone living in the Chelmsley wood/castle bromwich area of Birmingham who would like to join me in the weight loss war
i dont mind running/cycling/walking etc, anything really
would prefer someone similar stage to me (so i dont hold you back lol)
