Support & encouragement offered, looking for diet buddy

Hello, my name is Tracey. I`m 35 in 2 weeks time and have been on a diet for 2 months and so far lost 28lbs! I`ve a long way to go, but am a determined individual who wants to get in shape and feel more positive about myself.
I havent been using powders or skipping meals, but instead gone back to basics with no processed, packet foods.
I have been suffering from long term illness and have put on so much weight mostly due to the fact that I could hardly walk at times. Pain in my legs does slow me down at times, but I`m a positive, fun loving chatty person who would benefit from someone who is also on the path to better self esteem, and wellbeing.

Started today

Hi Tracey, I am also trying to lose weight and started fresh today. I wish I could say I had lost 28 LBS!! Good for you! My biggest problem is staying motivated -I keep trying but sometimes don't even get thru a day without treating myself. Maybe we could chat to keep each other on track?
