Looking for an ll diet buddy!

Hi all, I start Lighter Life tomorrow and am so excited I can't wait! I am 21 and would love to lose 4 stone. Is there anyone out there who is just starting, of a reasonably similar age and weight loss aim who would like to be my buddy?

I just wanted to say that I have done LL and it is amazing! It can sometimes be hard but it is well worth the effort! I lost 6 stone in 18 weeks and have kept it off for a year.

So Good Luck and stick with it! You will never regret it!
