Here i am
I'll be your buddy. My cycle differs a bit from yours. I start my day great with walking or pilates, eat a bowl of cheerios with soy milk (net 145 calories), and drink two cups of tea. By noon, I spoil it all with downing kit kat bars (40% of sat. fat each!) and 3 musketeers. Then at night I stay up late hating what I've done, chug a liter of water to "flush" my system, and start over the next day.
My goals are too: 1) Wear a skirt the first day of the new semester. 2) By Nov. 23 (my b-day) be able to do yoga without aching from the stretchign 3) New Years I want to be absolutly fabulous.
I'll stand by with you. You'll get that size 12!
