Hey im looking for a diet buddy

Im finding it difficult to stick to a diet on my own i was wondering if anyone else is looking for a diet buddy?

I would like a diet buddy...need 80 pounds to lose

I have lost 430 pounds so far but strugging to get the last 80 pounds off me...It has helped me in the past to have diet buddies...I shall be there for you in the up and down in your diet,, and well help you as much as I can on our journey to lose weight..Just takes guts and will power....Sincerely yours Sherry

How did you do it!

Hello, I am vicky, I have started dieting for just over two week. I would love to lose 2 stone but would be satisfied with 1. I weighed 11.7 and am now down to 11.2 within 3 weeks, I feel proud of that. I have started running and swimming every day and watching my intake of food and drink. Are there any tips that you could give me, you seem to have done very well.
