Hi Josie, well i have that problem too, its a bit hard when one day you feel on top of the world then the next the stupid weight fairy has been again!! i always put on weight before my period anyway but also if your not drinking enough water then your body will hold on to it. another cause is salt intake as sodium causes water retension, did i spell that ok? anyway what diet are you doing?? im on the cambriage and have lost 16lb in 3 and a half weeks so really cool but i have stopped loosing at the mo and that is hard cus i just keep standing on the scales moving them about willing them to move but no. im hoping in the morning will give me hope.. take care Josie. chat soon...julie
