Just joined

Hi there, I have just joined the slimming club and have printed all my menu's for the 8 week plan, problem is, I don't eat that much now so how can I lose weight if I stick to the diet, help please. I do have a glass of red wine with my evening meal, please don't say I have to give that up. Oh and I have more than one when we go out at the weekend, do you think that alcohol is my problem?
