Euro diet!

Has anyone heard of the euro diet? I have just started on it this week and so far so good.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, THAT IS VERY ENCOURAGING TO HEAR,I"M LOOKING FORWARD TO BEGINNING THE MEAT & FISH.
I ALSO THINK THE SOUP IS TERRIBLE AS IS THE HOT CHOCOLATE,I ONLY LIKE THE OMLETTES & BARS.

Hi Rosie

I've been on the Eurodiet for about six weeks and have lost 19lbs so far, would have been more but for a couple of bad days. First couple of weeks were a bit boring, yucky soup didnt help, but got better when I could eat meat and fish. Now I can get into clothes I havent worn for months and it feels soooo good! I hope to lose at least another stone before Christmas.
