Naturally loosing weight training buddy

Hello everyone

I have just started my healty and more exercise lifestyle today. I want to diet naturally so am going to eat all healthy stuff during the day (no crisps, buscuits, sweets or cholocate except once a week) then whatever i want for t (but no puddings). I am going to do situps, gym, stretching exercises and walk so many times a week.

Is there anyone else out there who wants to do this aswell so we can compare progress and give each other encouragement.

I am 11 stone 23 yrs old and only 5ft.

Im Patrycja. Im 22 and I study International Business management at University of Derby. I came to UK three years ago and I put a lot of weight I always had a problem with my tummy. But now is even worse. I am 11stone 8lb and 5ft 4.5. I tried a lot of diets and gym but I do not have a lot of time or maby its just me been lazy. Lol

This is my plan

Hi I think the key to it is exactly that and to change your lifestlye eating rather than thinking of it as a diet. I stopped smoking over a month ago now and that gave me the will to change other aspects of my life. I've been just like you eating healthy fruit and veg everyday and no junk food. Another important thing is to eat small portions regularly rather than big portions 3 times a day. I have breakfast lunch and dinner at moderate portions but snack constantly through the day on fruit, yoghurt and drink loads of water! I've also started going to the gym about 4 times a week and walking to and from work everyday which is 2 miles. I started this regime about 4 weeks ago and have lost half a stone so far and my skin has got considerably better too! It's good to go to the gym and exercise as muscle burns calories faster. I've recently started calorie counting and aim for 1800 a day with the exercise I'm doing.

I'm 5'2 and was 10st 7lbs and now am currently 10st, hoping to lose more to reach 8st 7lbs but would be happy at 9st.

I'm new to this web so I don't know how I'd stay in contact with you

but I need to shift about 1.5 stone, being also at 11 stone at 5'8"

I'm all for the exercise routines - do something good each day perhaps....unhealthy snacking is definately my downfall so I think we could really help each other!

My new lifestyle

I have fallen a little of the band wagon since i started my diet 2 weeks ago, however i have managed to loose 3 kelos. I have found a free website that will calculate what caleries are in the foods you eat, and can also put what exercise you do and that will calculate what caleries you have lost its called fitday. I am trying to keep to about 1200 cals although it isn't 100% acurate it gives me a good idea.
