Naturally loosing weight training buddy
Hello everyone
I have just started my healty and more exercise lifestyle today. I want to diet naturally so am going to eat all healthy stuff during the day (no crisps, buscuits, sweets or cholocate except once a week) then whatever i want for t (but no puddings). I am going to do situps, gym, stretching exercises and walk so many times a week.
Is there anyone else out there who wants to do this aswell so we can compare progress and give each other encouragement.
I am 11 stone 23 yrs old and only 5ft.
