don't know if you're still havin problems with the last stone, but well done you for losing what you have! When anybody diets it's a tough road to follow as I've learned for myself. Recently I came accross a site that claims to eliminate this plateau by placing your body into a state of confusion by means of shifting your calorie intake on a daily basis so apparently you carry on losing weight. I don't know of anyone personaly who has tried it, but have googled it & can't seem to find anyone who has a bad word to say about it.I'm considering giving it a try but would prefer not to pay for it. The site is called Fatloss4Idiots.com if you wish to take a look, and if you know of anyone who has tried it plze inform me. Good luck
