Anyone tried the beyonce diet??

I have been reading up on the Madal Bal Natural Tree Syrup diet which also includes Cayenne pepper & Lemon that Beyonce used to lose 2 stone in 14 days, for a movie role I believe. I was wondering if anyone on here has tried this diet & if so how much did you lose? & what were the side effects?

Due to my recent circumstances I am struggling to lose the extra weight I have gained (about 2 stone)... At the moment I am eating heathly again & I've just started body tonning exercises, however I need to lose this weight for my holiday in 8 weeks time! I don't think I'm going to be able to shift the weight in time, doing what I'm doing to be honest. I understand faddy diets are never a solution but I'm desperate to lose the weight.

Hi,

have you being watching the programme.Its on at 8.00pm on a tuesday and every week they show you a new diet.They showed you beyonce's diet 2 weeks ago i think,but said it was awful,and didnt finish it.

I follow the Weight Watchers and find that very good...you can eat anything you like you just stick to your points allowance.Why not go to a meeting and see what you think.You'll get all the stuff you need from them on your first visit.I dont actually go,my friend did,but i follow the plan as i only have to look at a bun and put on 3lb.I now follow it just to maintain my weight.

Dont think Beyonces diet is that healthy for you,and you'd be better finding a long term solution i think.I've done diets,and always seemed to put it back on after,but find the weight watchers something you could do all the time.

I do cardio & body tonning exercises which are effective however dueto my circumstances I wasn't able to exercise so thats why I put weight back on... and now because my holiday was booked early I don't have alot of time to shift the weight...Thats why I thought maybe if I tried the Beyonce diet I could lose it quick & keep up my exercising so I didn't stay in that unhealthy pattern if you understand?

I'm going to keep up with the eating healthy, cardio & body toning for now, if I haven't reached my goal (which I really don't think I will lol) I may give the Beyonce diet ago for two weeks before I'm due to go on my hols.
