Supersize to superskinny
Hi,
have you being watching the programme.Its on at 8.00pm on a tuesday and every week they show you a new diet.They showed you beyonce's diet 2 weeks ago i think,but said it was awful,and didnt finish it.
I follow the Weight Watchers and find that very good...you can eat anything you like you just stick to your points allowance.Why not go to a meeting and see what you think.You'll get all the stuff you need from them on your first visit.I dont actually go,my friend did,but i follow the plan as i only have to look at a bun and put on 3lb.I now follow it just to maintain my weight.
Dont think Beyonces diet is that healthy for you,and you'd be better finding a long term solution i think.I've done diets,and always seemed to put it back on after,but find the weight watchers something you could do all the time.
