Cereals diet

this diet does sound a bit mean- you have to forget sugar for several days.
But in 4-5 days u lose weight, get rid of toxins and ur skin will look younger!!plus u dont stay hungry.
U eat oats(meal),make urself a porrige.Just boil oats in water till the meal is thick.It schould be thick- that makes you full.eat small portions and only when u are hungry.You can also add some dried fruit in it , so it is not that dry and tasteless.But no rasins!!!Aplles or apricots are the best.Drink lots of water or tea between ur meals.
If u do everything correctly after 2 days ull notice the results!

Hi,

I have been following a diet called Golower for 6 weeks and lost 20lb. You eat 3 meals a day plus a chocolate bar - the meals are high protein so really fill you up. I have never lost weight this quickly with any other diet and am really satisfied with the food. You order the food off the golower website (www.golower.co.uk if you want to have a look)they deliver to your door and all you do is heat meals up and add veg.
