has ne1 tried tai bo its on dvd theres loads the guy that does it is billy blancs it is fab they have loads of diffrent 1s one specially 4 ur tummy!!!! it works its 4 men and woman they have the ultimate collection 4 like £5 on amazon bargain thats 4 4 diffrent work outs!! i dont eat healthy at all i should i no but i love unhealthy food cant diet at all this works 4 me do it 3 times a week and in a month or shorter ul see the diffrence........
