Hi, i only really have a small amount of weight to lose, but people aren't being very encouraging or supportive as i'm not actually overweight, but i guess like alot of people i have a goal in my head and untill i reach that goal i don't feel i'll be fully happy. I only want to lose 8 lbs, which will take me to 8st 2lbs, which i feel is about right, i'm 5'3" in height.
I'm a student so i havent got a massive budget for fancy recipies, but at the moment i seem to be stuck in a rut with living off sandwiches and cereal, which i know isn't healthy. My mission is to eat 3 healthy meals a day, and still lose the weight, as well as combining exercise with an eating plan. I play rugby, but havent done this sememster due to stressful events in my life, and now its nearly summer, although i'll be working full time i'd like to up my exercise routine and reach my ideal weight by September.
Any advice or encouragement would be greatly apprieciated.
