When on the cd, LL, Atkins, there all have one major factor in weight loose. That is that we cut down on our carbs, foods bread, pasta rice, sugar , cereals etc carbohydrates provide the quickest source of energy, so when we eat nomaly our body will use the gluclose which is from the carbs to burn energy! so when we completely cut the carbs down , our body goes into say stavation, so it has to use its own fats for energy thats ketosis, which means your using your fat for energy hense the rapid weight loss and inch loss!! its brilliant isnt it!! i only looked into it when i first started the cd!! high protein foods like meats dont really contain much carbs at all plus there really filling.
It is hard to stick to if your a carb eater like me and love bread, but i tend to have a day off every now and then to fulfil my desire, but i will get right back on the band wagon again.
You will do it, it takes will power but its all worth it seeing that fat melt in front of your eyes!!
