Hi There,
Just started week 2 of the diet - have stuck to it 100 percent only drinking 6 - 7 litres of water a day rather than the 4 but have been so thirsty. Anyways I went for my first weigh in and had only lost 5lbs in the first week when I expected to lose at least 10lbs. I was late for my session so was not able to catch up with my counsellor on this - she just mentioned that I may have been drinking too much water. Anyways what do you think? Ive cut down on my water this week and am due back for a weigh in on Wednesday. Is it worth all this pain for so little. I could have done weightwatchers, eaten food and probably lost the same amount in the 1st week.
Please let me know you're thoughts I have 4 stone to lose.

Hi,
When I did cd WHICH IS THE SAME AS LL.I too drank extra water and found that I did not loose as much weight, so when I cut down on water I lost more weight.

Hi there,
I just wanted to tell you about a diet I am on called golower, its a diet with real food, 3 meals a day plus chocolate bar. I have been following it for 6 weeks and lost 20lb. I would be happy to answer any questions you have - if you are struggling not eating proper meals then this could be the diet for you.

Hi there
Did you stick to the Lighterlife Plan? It's definitely working for me, I joined on July 23rd. weightloss in week 1 = 10.5lbs, Week 2 = 5lbs, Week 3 = 6lb, I'm due to be weighd tomorrow so keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm finding it really easy the most difficult part for me is finding a toilet when I'm out!

Hiya, not heard of this diet before i only have about half a stone more to loose but i am finding this last bit hard, What the diet about??
