Cambridge diet - bmi of 28 - any one starting this week?

Hi,
Im finaly gettin my ass in to gear and starting the cambridge diet. Im currently 12.1 and im 5ft6 and classed as overweight!!! since having my son a year ago i have gone down from 14stone but i just cant shirt this last couple of stone!! and it is realy bugging me lol. Is there any one else starting? as i would love some one to discuss it with for support - and we could both help us along the way
