Weight loss and tonong up- which footwear is best?

Hi all,

I m trying to lose weight but have a toddler so as you can imagine, my time is precious, what i was looking for was an answer in a form of shoes!This way I can carry on as normal but hope to lose weight and tone up.

I have seen alot of press on this on all the mags etc and wondered if anyone had tried them? Which is the best?
