Hmm... where to begin.
I suppose the best advice I could give you would be not to diet at all. You need to permanently change your eating habits not look for a quick fix, blah blah blah... but I bet you already knew that!
I'm 18, 5ft5 and 11st. I began dieting around X-mas and so far I have lost well over a stone. At first I made strict rules for myself and went down to 10st8 at the start of July.
Since then I realised there way NO WAY i could keep up those rules and the weight gradually piled on again, and I was 11st7lb.
Now I have lost 7lb over the past 5 weeks ish.
For breakfast I have Special K with Skimmed Milk and a glass of water. For lunch I have canned soup (a whole can) and add frozen veg (which takes like 5 minutes to boil) and again, water. For tea I have something like shephards pie or chicken stir fry.
It's difficult sticking to it though and I do have the occasional slip up. I crave crisps, they are my downfall. But now I eat Quavers, just 83kcal in a pack!
