New on the cambridge diet

Hi,

Im new to the Cambridge diet and only started on Tuesday and made the mistake of weighing myself today (thursday) and have noticed i have not lost any weight.
I am a size 16 and want to be a size 14.

Any tips to make me carry on with the diet? Also when will i start loosing weight?
