Anyone wanting to lose about 2 stone of baby weight??

hi all starting today im going to try and lose my 2 stone of baby weight as its knocking my confidence not being able to fit in to any of my clothes so fingers crossed peeps xxxx

i have 2 stone of baby weight to loose aswell it has also knocked my confidence plus i have a wedding dress i need to get into b4 my wedding in 6 months arrrhhh!!

im going back to weight watchers i lost 2 stone with them b4 nice an easy plan to follow gd luck with it!

hi good for you ,you just need to no that if you put your mind to it you will acheave what you want to but make sure you eat and drink enough so you still hav energy to look after your baby , im tryig to loose my baby weight too its so much more harder than people think cause its diffrent to normal weight you carried a baby so you feel like you was protecting your child the bigge ryou was i really hope you reach your goal good luck and its just about being focused
