Adjust your eating pattern.
A lot of people think that if they cut out all the fat in their diet and exercise , their fat will disappear like a miracle , i wish this was the case because i spent almost 3 years trying this with very slow , limited success. I've tried low fat diets , low carb diets , low calorie diets ... and i can't say i had much success with any of them. I think the low carb diet was the hardest to stick to as it made me very very grumpy and had a severe lack of energy - which didnt help my dieting mindset at all!.
Not to mention i was driiving my kids mad.
That was about 2 years ago though. Since then i've lost almost 9 stone in weight (and counting) , simply by following a friends recommendation and following this diet here at www.simplefatloss4idiots.com
Its a downloadable guide , and it teaches you to eat your meals at the right times of the day , so your body burns the calories off efficiently like it should. I'm not saying you should follow this guide , but it worked for me when virtually all other diets i tried didn't - and you can see the difference in my profile picture!
